  • Once you submit the form, our team will reach out to gather specific details about your location. Next, we’ll schedule a visit for a location scout, during which we’ll photograph your entire space to include it in our roster.

  • If your location matches what a client is looking for, our team will submit the photos from our roster for their review. We’ll then contact you to discuss potential shoot dates and ensure they fit your schedule.

  • If your location is selected, we will reach out with details regarding dates, times, as well as go over any additional information to make the process as smooth as possible. 

  • No, the property owner is solely responsible for granting permission, providing access, and coordinating details for location use. However, we do compensate all locations used in a production!

  • Yes. Lucky Locations represents the property owner and we are personally on set to ensure the location is treated with care by the crew. Additionally, we provide a certificate of insurance, therefore you are not held responsible for any incidents that could occur while on your property. Before we step foot in your home, we’ll discuss personal and valuable items that should not be moved, rooms that are off-limits, and any other important details to make sure everything is handled properly. We treat your home with the utmost respect, just like it’s our own!
